Illinois State Police said two teenagers were arrested for fatally shooting five people from the same family during the weekend in East St. Louis.
ISP arrested the 15-year-old and 16-year-old on Sunday after forcibly stopping their vehicle.
Investigators said the family members ranged in age from 21 to 74 and were shot at several locations in the East St. Louis area.
