Illinois lawmakers are moving closer to the May 31st end of the legislative session as leaders of the Republican super-minority push for a stronger voice in developing a budget.
House Minority Leader Tony McCombie told Patrick Pfingsten on WMAY’s PM Springfield there’s a long list of bills coming from the Senate.
The northwest Illinois lawmaker said the so-called megaprojects bill must protect residents who already pay high property taxes
