With just one week before the kickoff of the High School football season Decatur Eisenhower High School announced on Monday that they will not be fielding a Varsity team this season.
Teams on Eisenhower’s schedule, via the IHSA, will have the choice of either accepting a forfeit win and not playing a Varsity game the week they were scheduled to play Eisenhower or find a new opponent.
The Glenwood Titans who were scheduled to take on Eisenhower on September 18th will now instead travel to Rock Island that day to take on the Rocks.
