A four-vehicle crash on I-72 in Sangamon County on Sunday led to 2 people being taken to the hospital.
Illinois State Police responded to I-72 eastbound at I-55 in Springfield just after 11 a.m.
All lanes of I-72 were closed for a short time.
The crash remains under investigation.
