Legislation aimed at keeping the Chicago Bears in the state of Illinois stalled on the final day of the spring legislative session.
The so-called “megaprojects” bill approved late Sunday in the Senate was not called in the House.
The Bears issued a statement reiterating that their options for a new stadium are between sites in Arlington Heights and Indiana.
