Republican U.S. Senate candidate Don Tracy says Democrats must be willing to tighten enforcement of health care subsidies.
Tracy told WMAY’s PM Springfield’s Patrick Pfingsten that federal health care is going to many people who don’t qualify.
Tracy said he would be willing to discuss health care benefits but not at the expense of shutting down the federal government.
